Welcome to SoSo Cute Boutique. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.


ORDER DETAILS

Please carefully review your items, sizes, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to make changes, edits, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout.


READY-TO-SHIP & PRE-ORDER ITEMS

We offer both ready-to-ship and pre-order items.

Ready-to-Ship Items
These items are in stock and will ship within our stated processing time.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are purchased before they are physically in stock. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is provided as a guideline only and may change due to manufacturing timelines, shipping delays, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Some pre-order items are displayed using mockup images. Because these items are often ordered or produced specifically for the pre-order window, final products may vary slightly in color, trim, placement, fabric, or minor design details. Adjustments may occur during production.

If any significant changes occur, we will communicate updates to customers. In the event of material changes, customers may be offered the option to proceed with the updated item, receive store credit, or receive a refund to the original payment method.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept potential adjustments and timeline changes.


RETURNS & DAMAGES

All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Items must be unworn and unused.

If approved, we may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, minor mockup variations, or shipping delays caused by carriers.


ORDER SAFETY & CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to inventory errors, overselling, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unsafe transactions, or inappropriate or abusive behavior.

If an order is canceled by us, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


SHIPPING

Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photos, designs, logos, graphics, and website content are the property of SoSo Cute Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
