Ready-to-Ship Items
All ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Pre-Order Items
If you are purchasing a pre-order item, please review the Turnaround Time (TAT) listed on the individual product page. Pre-order timelines vary by item and may begin after the pre-order window closes or as otherwise stated in the listing.
Please note:
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases or sales.
• Shipping time is separate from processing time.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
